Hands down one of the best small local places I've eaten for breakfast! The food was excellent - truly top notch, the service was equally as wonderful. They were on top of everything, didn't skip a beat. Incredibly pleasant and such a cute vibe inside too! I was there with my 4 girlfriends for a little girls getaway weekend and we were offered recommendations from the menu and even given a bakery item on the house when one of the 5 meals was just taking a little longer than the others. We certainly didn't mind the food taking extra time as we were in no rush at all but it was really nice to feel so taken care of. This is a must stop every time I'll be passing through Fergus in the future now, hands down cannot say enough good things!

Nice little place! Good was fantastic and the juice bar was delightful. We had the Farmers special and the Omelette, both were divine. The eggs were delicious and light, dare I say perfectly cooked. The potatoes were awesome, lightly sauteed with a boat load of veggies and herbs. I got the sausage with mine, who could go wrong with sausage? And the water was a pleasant surprise, cucumber lemon at no extra charge! The waitress was pleasant, worth stopping by!

The Fabled Farmer is the best. The team there is incredible, and the food is absolutely delicious! I have never had a bad experience there ever. Be sure to order the Heartbeat drink and gosh...don't forget dessert! You won't be disappointed, I promise!

Absolutely phenomenal! I was looking for a good breakfast and found one of the best I've ever had! Their omelette is packed with fresh zucchini, mushrooms, peppers and more - served with delicious potatoes plus toast with peanut butter and fresh jam. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Fergus Falls!

Very Cute and Cozy atmosphere. I ordered the special of the day, Margarita Sliders with a brownie for dessert. They were amazing especially with the balsamic vinegar and pesto. The brownie reminded me of my grandmas very yummy homemade brownies. I would love to come back again sometime for Breakfast after overhearing other customers rave about it !

Food was a gem of a find. Discovered by accident as had been suggested we try a different place that had been closed. Yet the FF was wonderful can imagine food and service would have been anything close elsewhere. I’d go again to Fabled Farmer again when in Fergus Falls. Talk with them about the story of the business, makes living in small town Minnesota sound lovely! I don’t think you will be disappointed at the Fabled Farmer! Just go!

Cute spot with very kind, friendly people! The Sesame Salmon Bowl was fresh and light with sweet and tangy crunches. Great flavors and textures, I almost ordered an additional meal to go For dessert I tried a FRESH oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, a peanut butter pie, and a glazed lemon poppy muffin. By tried I mean to say I inhaled them. So good Also tried a juice who’s name escapes me but I think it had ginger and lemon/lemonade ? Think it had a short 3 letter name? Anyways, it was light, tangy, and almost a little spicy with the ginger. Very fun drink. 100% will stop in again if I come back up this way.

I’ve been wanting to check out this place in Fergus for a few weeks now- today I had that opportunity. I ordered the Falafel Wrap with a side of veggies and ranch and my daughter had the salmon bowl. Both were fresh and delicious. The falafel wrap was wrapped TO PERFECTION and tasted as good as it looked! My daughter’s salmon bowl was cooked to perfection with a flavorful bowl of fresh spices with perfectly cooked rice and veggies. My wrap came with a delicious Mediterranean spicy dip and fresh house chips. Infused water: great atmosphere, prices are according to the freshness, super clean and crisp ingredients, clean plates, perfect presentation. The salmon bowl came with pickled red onions that had a special flavor and pickled cucumbers that were out of this world—//side pickles were sliced and were great as well and crispy! 9 out of 10 stars.
